Is it Christmas Already?
I cannot believe that it is Christmas again. It seems like we just did this. I absolutely love Christmas, however I feel very sad that I just don't seem to have the time to really sit back and enjoy it. I haven't even gotten any decorating done. Unfortunately, I can't slow down the days; but will do my best to enjoy the couple of days that I can. You see the good news is, is that we are moving. We have purchased an old house, and are working on it. That is where all of my time is going right now. If we ever get the painting done, I think I will have a new sense of freedom. I still have the hall, office, bathrooms and kitchen. Yes, we now have a kitchen. It is located at 1813 9th. St., beside Luby's. Everyone locally knows where Luby's is. This house is 102 years old, and I'm convinced that it had 102 years of dirt accumulated. It took me three days of just cleaning before I could start painting. It will be worth it when it is done. This house has a lot of character, and I can't wait for all of you to see it. We are planning a big open house in February.
Please note that we are closing December 24th. for Christmas and moving and will reopen at the new location, January 3rd. The phone number and hours will be the same.
