It starts tomorrow at 9:00 here at our shop. Remember we moved our shop about eight months ago, so we are at a new, easier to find location. If you want any of the fabrics, get them as soon as possible as we will not be reordering. All those folks that have preordered their fabrics, they are already cut and set aside for you. If you purchase $50 of the Quilt Across Texas fabrics, we will give you a QAT tote. It is a $7.95 value.
Our hours for September only will be Monday-Saturday, 10-6.

NEW PRODUCTS

The new Quilters' Digest has arrived along with a new pattern. We give these away free when you purchase $25 of merchandise. (while supplies last)

It seems the UPS man comes by here every day, and delivers all sorts of new items.

A quilt isn't finished until you have attached a label. It is important to have each quilt

This is a 4 oz. package that will whiten up
yellow and aged quilts or clothing. I thought I might try it on my old wedding gown.

The Needle Id Card is a set of six sturdy cards that will help you organize all your hand sewing and embroidery needles. Each card has a description of the needle, what it is used for and a bit of history. The top edge is also marked with 1/4" increments for easy measuring of your stitches. Seven types of needles are covered: Betweens, Chenille, English & French Crewel, Milliner, Sharps and Tapestry. Turn the card over and you will see a diagram of the needle in all the sizes it comes in. Lay your needle on the card matching the diagram to determine which size needle and type you have.

UPCOMING EVENTS

We will be debuting our Christmas fabrics starting October 2nd. along with many samples. This should give you all sorts of ideas to get your Christmas projects underway.
Friday, November 23rd. is Shop Small Business Day as well as Black Friday. We will be having demos and ideas for Christmas giving. This will be from 10-4.
December we will be "Stuff My Stocking" and "Wrapped and Ready" promotions.
